co-président de l’association, j’ai rejoint Genève il y a plus de 25 ans. J’ai tout d’abord habité dans le quartier de Sécheron, où j’adorais flâner le long du Quai Wilson, du Parc de la Perle du Lac ou au Jardin Botanique. J’adore également naviguer sur le Lac. Habitant actuellement le quartier des Eau-Vives, j’ai milité activement ces 10 dernières années pour l'aménagement de la Plage des Eaux-Vives et les installations portuaires du Port-Noir. Fort de cette expérience, je me suis engagé au sein d’A l’Eau Wilson pour développer l’accès à l’eau sur la Rive droite et sur les 500 mètres longeant le Quai Wilson, et en faire un atout pour nos habitants et visiteurs, dans une période où les activités extérieurs de proximité manquent cruellement.

In 2026, the "À l'Eau Wilson" association will be providing supervised swimming sessions every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for people with reduced mobility, seniors, non-swimmers, and people with disabilities, offering a safe and enjoyable swimming experience with the support of a Tiralo beach wheelchair

You can also register for SUPERVISED SWIMMING SESSIONS (SSS)! So, join us!

2025

In 2025, and by registration from the "À l'Eau Wilson" association provided swimming assistance for people with reduced mobility, seniors, non-swimmers, and people with disabilities, allowing them to enjoy a safe swim with the support of a Tiralo beach wheelchair.

The association held its office hours on the weekend of July 26th and 27th!

Historical

Following the study of a credit project launched by the administrative council of the city of Geneva "allowing the creation of access to the water and a new bathing area, as well as the planting of a new line of trees on the perimeter of the Quai Wilson", the association submitted a petition in June 2020 to the authorities of the State and the city of Geneva in order to equip the Quai Wilson with temporary facilities.

The "A l'Eau Wilson" association is committed to promoting all types of access to water and swimming for citizens in the area around Quai Wilson and Perle du Lac in Geneva, and more generally, to supporting any project aimed at facilitating access to water on the right bank of Lake Geneva.
